What inspired you to get involved in the
fitness industry and has this always been something that you want to do?
Have always been in fitness or athletics but professionally the last 8 years
What is your fitness specialty?
Triathlon
What is your favorite exercise?
There are so many in the triathlon but I would have to say hill repeats on the
bike.
Do you have a signature exercise/move
that you make your clients do?
My spin classes that you can try at Equinox.
When you're traveling or just don't have
time to get to the gym, do you have any creative workouts other than jogging?
Roll out of bed in your hotel room and just mix in the following for 15-20
minutes. Sit ups/crunches, push ups, lunges, step ups on the chair, dips.
But since running is what we do, I always suggest running 20-30 minutes
when traveling.
What is your vice (i.e. chocolate,
pizza, watching TV)?
Prosciutto with a little oil and bread.
Do you have any tips for our FitFiend
subscribers who are just starting a workout program or trying to jumpstart a
stalled regimen and break through a plateau?
Keep it simple and consistent. Mix it up when you feel bored. Don't
be scared to try new thinks and remember to keep it fun!
