Hey for all that are intrested in weight gain to then by made into muscle gain here is a good breakfast.
1 pint of water
1 shake with any form of oats strawberys and 2-4 bananas
A cereal such as weetabix or oats, if weetabix 3-5.
Then when it comes to around 10.30 providing you ate around 8.30-9.00 also eating another 2 bannas.
This is just a basic plan and you can calculate calories and swap for foods that you like but if you have no idea what to eat then maybe this will help?
