ABOUT ME
Hi everyone, I'm a GMU Senior and have begun working out more seriously recently. Have been a competitive swimmer since age nine and currently am teaching lessons. Looking for great workout ideas that are low-impact but still intense. I enjoy strength-training a few times a week and my goal is 10 pull-ups by April!
