Joined a gym in jan 08 after a year or so out!!! due to a relationship failing and me going off the rails!!
joined the gym initially so that i could use the treadmill for marathon training rather than running alone on dark nights.....with the marathon over and done with i asked them to sort me a new programme.....and they did that!!
i now go to the gym every morning to do 45 - 60 mins of cardio, on an empty stomach to burn fat....and then 4 times a week weight traing + cardio!
i have now been on this programme for 3 weeks 2 weeks on the 4 split weight training and now a week of circuits!!! next week we are revamping the 4 split pragramme uping the weights and amount of exercises! and i am pleased to say i am really really looking forward to it!!
I can already see the difference in by body..and clothes are feeling a little looser..not that i want to lose alot of weight just tone up my body...especially my jelly middle!
the diet has been the hard part and i still have the odd lapse with a packet or 2 of crisps!! but that is getting easier i am learning to be more prepared with my food so that i dont have to grab something easy!
but day by day it is getting better......
