My brother (a fitness instructor in the West Coast) came home for the holidays and introducted me this cool new workout device that helps with toning on the days you are too busy (or lazy) to get to the gym. It's called the TRX Force Training Kit. The basic concept is suspension training which "leverages one's own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously." He showed me some pretty awesome exercises for my quads, abs, back, and butt that really challenged me. Do the exercises with music on your Ipod and it isn't boring. The best part is that you can take the device with you anywhere you go so its great for those that travel for work a lot and or have limited access to a gym. I am bummed out that my brother had to bring his training kit back home with him, but I will be getting my own pretty soon.
