So far today, I have had a double shot of espresso (homemade with my Nespresso machine), a protein shake, and half a grilled chicken sandwich with spinach, cheese, and a side salad. That was all before I worked out at lunchtime.
Just got back from a pretty good workout...Jumping rope in between lots of sets...focused on biceps and triceps. Threw in kettlebell swings and some snatches. Did some of the running standing cable chest presses that Burwell showed me the other day (and btw, this is my new favorite explosive exercise), then abs. No real cardio, I might go running later. Shhh.
I burned a health 764 calories in exactly 1 hour, which means I had pretty good intensity, and got my max heart rate up to 94%.
Picked up a Tuna sandwich from 'Craft, and just gobbled that. And I am still STARVING. Supposed to be strict today with my eating as per Burwell, so since he said something, I'll try (otherwise it would be cookie dough and cupcakes, I'm sure). Maybe I'll have a protien shake in a little bit.
Got busy..didn't eat anything after lunch til dinner, which was way too late (945pm!). Had sushi deluxe, brown rice substituted for white rice. A little late for the carbs, even though they were brown, and no veggies. Bad!
