I just found this site, and it looks like a great way to keep track of physical improvement. I began a fitness program in August of 07, and I've since lost about 20 lbs. I know feel comfortable with my weight, and would like to begin building mass and getting a little leaner. I live a pretty hectic lifestyle, so getting to the gym is tough. However, I'm on my psychiatry rotation now, so my goal is getting to the gym four times/week. I'll let you know how the progress goes!
