24 Hour S.E.T. class. It's the easiest, no brainer workout there is and perfect for a Monday when the last thing you want to do is think about your workout.
I barely broke a sweat, but felt surprisingly worked...not sure what that was all about, but I liked it. It felt good to not go all-out and die for once and still feel the results as if I did. I think I had an epiphany. Maybe it is true that you just have to work out smarter - not harder.
