It's been soooooooooo long since I've done a workout on my own. I have gotten so used to working out with my friend and PT, that I have become really dependent on her. Not because I don't know what I'm doing...but because having a partner makes working out a lot of fun and very motivating.
Anyway - our schedules aren't the same anymore, so I'm back to the gym on my lonesome and had a really good workout anyway.

30 mins weights
10 mins stationary bike
