The researchers found the mothers who got to sleep 5hrs
in a 24hr period were able to cast off their baby fat more than the other mothers. Surprisingly, it doesn't have to come all at once.
A minimum of 20 to 30 minutes pillow time after each feeding of the baby is great to put her in shape and look better.
