Well, it happens. And today it happened to me.
Granted, I wasn't too upset.
Fortunately, I have some dumbells lying around. As today was Lats/Tri's day, I went ahead and did a triceps workout (a pretty good one, too). It's posted in the workout forum, try not to be too jealous. As far as Lat's, I'll just have to eat it this week, and come back strong next week. Normally, I'd just make up today's workout tomorrow, but I'm going out of town for the weekend, so I will be unable to do so. I always feel guilty when that happens. To compound my guilt, I haven't done back for a while now, as I was on vacation for a pretty good while, too. Oh well.
Of course this means I also missed running for today, but that won't be hard as one can run just about anywhere. I'll find 30 minutes to sneak in a couple of miles tomorrow morning. If I'm lucky I'll happen upon a drug deal, and they'll want to kill me. Just more motivation to run!
