I just picked up a copy of "The Truth About Six Pack Abs", and I'm giving it a try. It's a new ebook that's out.
You know how the world love controversial articles, and that's just what this author has done. He markets his ideas by stating that you don't need to get your abs by doing a thousand crunches or a thousand hours on the treadmill.
He focuses in alot on diet, where he puts a lot of his emphasis on, and then goes on to talk about the workouts.
I'm just about half way done. I've started incorporating his diet and workout. He has segregated his workouts at 8 levels.
Let me put it to you this way. I've been training my abs for a while now (the "old school" way). When i lokoed at his routine, i thought to myself "huh? this can't be right. This looks like a piece of cake." Anyway, let's try to start at level 4. I COULDN'T EVEN COMPLETE HALF OF IT!
So guess where I am now? Yup you guessed it! Struggling to get past Level ONE!

I've read alot of reviews online about it, and so far - all positive.I may finally get the abs i'm looking for.
