Turkish Get Up

I had been struggling with a shoulder injury for nearly a full year. I finally started doing physical therapy for it, and this lasted about two months and still did not see much improvement. Then, Clay Burwell introduced me to the Turkish Get Up. My shoulder is so much better now. Not quite 100%, but getting there, and in much better condition than it has been over the past year. Far and away a must know exercise.
