Trained with Burwell today. Standard warm-up with jump rope. Then got right into some overhead squats coupled with shoulder presses with the bar I was holding overhead. Then, some Turkish Get-Ups. Then. The Concept 2. Oh how I ate thee.
3 500 meter sprints, a minute rest in between. I literally sweat so much, and inhaled so much sweat that I felt like I was practically drowning. I don't know how rowers do it, that sh*t is hard.
After that, focus was mostly on abs, since I was pretty wiped out from the sprint sessions. Some arms, and then a light jog at the end. Light though it was, it matched my max HR for the session at 187. Calories burned were 720.
I really, really hate the Concept 2.
