We pick back up with the trainers grieving Doug's passing, and decide to have a memorial bike ride in honor of Doug, and Jackie tries to inspire the crew.

The bike ride is significant because Doug was passionate about bike riding, a spin instructor and had participated in numerous benefit bike rides.

The trainers get to the beach and sit around a bonfire reminiscing about Doug and how much he had impacted them. Each of them speak about how caring a person he was, and the legacy he will leave. Peeler reads the group a list of Doug's "principles to live by" and the trainers feel that they have been able to come to terms with what has happened.

Cheo stops by the gym to see Peeler. Doug had been training him to get him in shape before his kidney transplant; now Peeler is taking over to get Cheo ready.

Cheo tells Peeler about how Doug and he had released the ashes of 8 members of Doug's family over the past 15 years. One of the biggest deals to Doug was the fact that he had reached age 44; both of his parents had passed away at 43. Cheo and Peeler start talking about how great Doug was and then they both start breaking down.

Jackie is in with her psychologist, Dr. Shirley, talking about how she was happy that she had Rebecca with her when she found out about Doug. We immediately move into Jackie's love life and how she is getting it on with both Tiffany and Rebecca. Jackie says she is very happy with herself. No doubt, both those girls are smoking! Though, I'm kind of tired of her bragging about her women.

Jackie and Rebecca go on a little golf and tennis date. Rebecca tells us that she is seeing a therapist as well. Shocker. She says again how she's not jealous that Jackie sees other girls, but that she's jealous because she wants to spend the time with her, which is like, completely different.

Jessie introduces us to Jasmine, Jessie's other best friend, a stripper in Vegas. Jesse was going to marry Jasmine until he remembered this one thing. (Oh yeah, he's gay. Shocker #2). Jasmine said she knew, because he used to sing show tunes and took his best friend to the prom. Jasmine had thyroid cancer, something that Jesse wasn't really around to help her through.

Jasmine needs to get back into tip top stripper shape. Damn she still looks good. The idea is to get her as active as possible without taking her heart rate to a too high level because she gets fatigued easily. Jesse is being pretty compassionate with her, aside from the fact that she is his best friend, he is not taking his friendships for granted anymore, something he learned from Doug. Jesse agrees to go see her sing the national anthem in Vegas.

Sky Lab is finishing up, and Jackie wants to see how well the clients did with this whole "experiment." Because, getting out of shape people into better shape, by making them work out with trainers and eat better, is really experimental..

The other "major" storyline from this season, Jackie's clothing line, also comes into play in this finale. Jackie had to find a new manufacturer after the other one let her down. Jackie is like, super stoked about this new iteration of her clothing line.

Photo shoot for the chick trainers in Jackie's new line. From the gym to the street. Haven't heard that before. Ok, they look pretty hot in the photo shoot. There was even a softcore porn shot! (Oh wait, 80% of this show has been porn).

Jackie's clothing line is such that you can work out, then can go directly to lunch, and you know, maybe change your shoes. I'd feel sorry for her lunch date, especially since given what we have seen of Jackie, she ALWAYS gets dessert.

Back to the Sky Labbers. There is a little bit of competition between the clients though from the looks of it, how could any one tell it's not apparent who is winning??

Jesse is on his way to Vegas to see Jasmine sing for the first time since her surgery. He sees her sing and starts realizing how Doug helped him love genuinely. Jesse sure has changed from that snarky bitch he was at the beginning of the season.

Jackie is doing the final weigh-in/measurement for the Sky Lab clients. Andre's client, Kiki, gained seven pounds and inches everywhere. Kiki blames Andre!!! Jackie says, no, he tried to get to you, but you fought all along the way. Kiki is obese, and it will catch up to her. A lot of blame from Kiki, not a lot of accountability. Some good points. Kiki bounces.

Judgement time for the Sky Lab clients and trainers. Who won?

Of note is that 1) I missed Carol's change in body weight, 2) Tess had actually gained 15 pounds midway through, before coming back down to 241.5. She also is studying to become a personal trainer, and 3) Jackie is glad that Rebecca's client did lose half a pound (7.5 from midway), because she would have had to come down on her trainer girlfriend.

Jackie decides to throw a party for the Sky Lab clients at Sky Sport. She really feels a great sense of pride and accomplishment with her Sky Lab success, and then recaps the season a little bit and how great everything was and how she can make anything happen.

The season is over!! Oh wait, next week, a reunion, with more fur flying between Jackie, Jesse and Rebecca. Oh boy!!

I think so. I remember seeing an ad for trainers after season 2 had begun, so I assume they are going ahead with another one.
