I LOVE working out, being active, talking to other people about their workouts/diet, and helping them to refine what they're doing.
I used to work out all the time, but I ate whatever I wanted and never saw the results I was hoping for. Over the past 6 months, I've gotten into a great routine and finally started eating right, and it makes all the difference in the world. Diet is 75-80% of the equation! Get your food right if you want to achieve your full potential.
I'm in the gym 5 days a week, keeping a good mix of cardio and resistance training, with lots of bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, etc). Trying to get lean and just be healthy.
I'm on a really strict eating plan.
Just bought a folding bike to save on gas money and have really enjoyed riding so far!
Went from being 180lb with 15-16% body fat in August '07
to 165lb with 7.8% body fat in February '08.

I travel as much as I possibly can.
I love skiing, rollerblading, swimming, inline hockey, and football.
I'm about to launch a clothing company that's been in the works since November.
