The General Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the location. The General Manager is directly responsible for managing and contributing to the following areas:
· Membership sales
· Private training sales
· Merchandise sales
· Creative local marketing
· Staff performance management and development
· Location sanitation and maintenance
· Professional customer service
· Adherence to the standard operating procedure as set forth in your corporate GM Training
The General Manager should currently possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to be a self starter, the capacity to work with a team as well as independently is critical. They should be competent at multi-tasking effectively.
To succeed in this position, you will need a background in fitness sales management and be a person of high integrity.
