I'm 26 and very fitness minded. Used to work at a local health club, but still maintain a very intense workout regimen. Currently in a bulking/mass building phase, but will be switching to a cutting phase soon. I rotate the famed 300 workout from the movie, into my routine about every 6-8 weeks when i cycle my workouts. I am hoping to get into mixed martial arts soon like brazilian jui jitsu and krav maga. Also i am working on getting my personal trainers certification.
