I signed up for this cause I wanted to figure out why I am still dropping weight when I really just want to maintain my current weight.
Its a pretty simple program so far...I've only been on it a couple of days and its a great tool if you want to keep and online food and exercise log.
However, here are a few downsides I am noticing:
1) You have to get in the habit of logging in everything you eat to take full advantage. The same with exercise. If you are online everyday, this might not be a big deal. And to be most effective, you do have to be very honest.
2) Most of the food I consume are not listed..therefore I am looking for the closest alternative which does not give me an accurate portrayal of my protein, carb, fat, and sodium consumption. Most of the foods listed can be found at your local grocery store but if you purchase your food at Whole Foods and Trader Joes, it'll be problematic.
3) They have an extensive exercise list, although some (like my sculpt class) wasn't listed...thus I had to find the closest alternative. To get an accurate portrayal of calories burned, you are better off with a heart rate monitor.
All in all, despite the downsides I am liking it so far...I'll let you know what I think after the 30 day trial. 28 more days to go.

So far I lost 5 pounds...turns out that I have been eating way less calories than I burn...
But where do you draw the line regarding watching your calorie consumption? For example, I had dinner with a few friends during Restaurant Week in NYC and to "treat" myself I ate chocolate cheesecake. But the next day, I added a 2nd spin class to burn it off - and my usual Saturday workout consists of a run, a spin class, and weight lifting - about 2.5 hours of exercise..that spin class added an extra hour (3.5 hours).
I just feel like I am bordering a dangerous territory by keeping track of my exercise and calorie consumption. Maybe I was in over my head by doing this program...
