Training Multiple Body Parts

Im doing weights 3 times a week and training multiple body parts on different days to try make sure everything gets done. Was hoping someone can tell me if the combination of muscles im training is effective or if i need to change things up. Goes a little something.. like this.

Monday - Chest then Back  -  Wednesday - Shoulders then Biceps - Friday - Triceps, Abs, then Legs.

With cardio on tue and thur. Seems to go allright, other then my biceps seem to get pretty sore after mondays workout. Should i bother changing any of this up? Cheers.

That looks good, but it also depends what your goals are.  Then, it might be easier to figure out what the best workout schedule is for you.

Dont really want to be super huge or super fit, just want to be able to bench 100kg's and run about 6k's, then keep everything else in proportion with that. I hit a wall a couple of months back benching about 90kg, finding it pretty difficult to push through. Ive got my goals on my page, but thats pretty much the jist of it up there.

I know that you should work out a big muscle with a small muscle. (exp: chest, biceps, front arms, bac, triceps, shoulders etc,) The reason is that you'r big muscle needs more energy as for the small ones they need less. Information is by a body builder that I know went into competition and still going. He is in his 50's and looking good. should change you'r programme every so often so you'r muscles don't get use to the same programme. Hope this helps and don't give up
