My main form of cardio is running (outdoors). I also spin and take sculpt classes for cross-training...to keep things different and interesting. Currently training to become faster in my races and training runs (9 minute/mile pace comfortably)...almost there. =)
I am also training for the Nike Women's Marathon taking place in San Francisco, CA in October 2008. Especially like the fact that the finisher's prize is a Tiffany necklace. LOL.
