Well I had natrualy small shoulders and used to be overli skinny with no muscle and I started a home workout building strength with dumbels and variouse techniques. As well as doing crucnhes and pressups and other workouts I have gained my overall body strength however have not put on masses of muscle.
I've been signed upt o a gym now for 2-3 months and am gainging allot of strength but muscle growth is still slow as I am not eating mass protien or shakes.
If you are interested in starting in working out, want any tips, bigger than me and want to gain or got any questions feel free to ask :)
Also live in watford and want someone to work out with, as long as your not gay no offence and near ym age group why not, I like to do 2-3 hour workouts and try to work all muscles.
Also recently started Shaolin Boxing a mixed amrtial art kick boxing and its great for the legs, chest and abs and back muscle.
Want any other info or wana no stuff that aint about exercise about em then just ask or add.
