ABOUT ME
Hi, I am a 31 year old married woman, and four children. I want to be healthy for me. I also want to be healthy for my children and husband. I have been going to the gym for almost five months, I weighed 158 pounds then and I weigh 123 now, there is just this thing with my stomach from when I children, it just won't tighten. I like sports, I like to interact in sport activities. It gives me energy, and a rush to know that I am a mother of four and trying to maintain the toning of my body. If anyone can give me tips on what I can improve in with my abdominals please feel free to let me know.
