ABOUT ME
My day job is in the fitness industry and I am extremely lucky to have found a "gig" that allows my passion to be my job, in an office and then in the gym. Teaching here in NYC was the smartest decision I've made and even though it is somewhat of an ancillary job for me right now, it keeps my life balanced and offers the opportunity to affect many people with every hour I can dedicate. I teach and workout to lead a balanced lifestyle and dedicate personal time to myself (mentally and physically). Some people want to sit on the couch for hours or go to happy hour right from work... I'd rather workout. More to come...

EXPERIENCE AS FITPRO:
For my fun job I teach classes and just basically enjoy the gym and everything about being fit. From a FitPro perspective, I have been teaching Spinning now for over 8 years and added Sculpt, Resistance based, classes to the portfolio about 6 years ago. I've found that by motivating others, my own motivation thrives. Fitness, as a lifestyle component, is a necessity for myself and when I connect with others with a similar mentality, the world seems better/day brighter/feel stronger/live better.
