Kristi is the quintessential New York City fitness professional - strength, cardio, Pilates - she does it all. She has been teaching and training at Crunch Fitness, Dellbach Studio, and Equinox Fitness in New York City for over nine years, in addition to formerly holding the position of Group Fitness Director at Crunch Fitness and Equinox Fitness for multiple locations. Kristi left her director positions in order to dedicate more time to her growing list of clients and classes, resulting in waiting lists to get into her schedule. She has been tapped as a fitness resource for ABC, Fox News, and Outside Magazine (to name a few) and has even done voice over work for McDonald's.
Kristi is the creator of Pilates4Athletes, an intense Pilates-based class that challenges even the most advanced exercisers, and is often called upon by the city's top gyms to teach this innovative Pilates style to their instructors. She has been consistently ranked as one of the top 25 national producing trainers at Crunch Fitness, due to her unwavering commitment to finding fitness solutions for all types of people (beginner through advanced, men and women). More recently, she has been the innovator of the extremely popular 30/60/90, an intense combination of 30, 60, & 90 second intervals of plyometrics, strength training, cardio & static holds sequenced to get you in to the best condition of your life. Due to the demand for the class at Equinox, she has begun teaching outdoor versions of this bootcamp workout.
