241lbs, and as of JAN.17.2008 i am 227lbs. I watch what i eat and i work out a min. of 5 days a week, and i look forward to leading a healthier and more postive life. I see this as a new way of life, and after all my hardwork i want to be able to inspire others and one day become a personal trainer.
