Profile
Formerly obese, now healthy active young female. I enjoy daily work outs, which usually consist of running, stairmill, swimming, yoga, cycling and/or lifting. My seasonal sports are cycling and skiing. Currently coaching a softball team and back to pitching 1-2x/week. Loving it! My first triathlon is in September. I decided to do it because it was something I never could've done when I was heavy.
