Cable Crunches on the Floor

Crunches on the floor are a great ab exercise, but after you can do 25 reps, it's time to challenge your abs.
You can use a cable machine or a resistance band to work your abdominals harder.
If you don't have cables you can also use dumbbells or a medicine ball.
The main point is that once crunches are easy, try to make them harder.
