5 Sets of Bicep Curls

Today, I did a simple but good bicep workout.  I did 5 sets of 5 barbell bicep curls.  85 pounds 10 reps, 75 pounds 10 reps, 65 pounds 10 reps, 55 pounds 10 reps, 45 pounds 10 reps.  My biceps were so pumped afterwards.
