Willie Vega Jr. Age 43 of Fitness 4 Life Personal Training.  I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1999. I'm a former semi-pro football and baseball player, a former 5 years veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a former 9 1/2 years veteran of Law Enforcement. Some of the services that I provide are as follows; Resistance Training, Weight Management, Sports Performance, Wellness & Energy, Proper Nutrition for the entire family and Rehabilitation. I work out of a private gym in the Winter Park area, but I'm more than willing to take the action to you based on your goals, your needs, the equipment we have at our disposal and your location. My fees are posted below and are very reasonable. I also offer specials from time to time and I have a referral incentive program.
 
There is a minimum of a 6 month commitment and the plans are as follows below.
 
1 x a week @ $46 per session (5) sessions per month

1/2 x a week @ $42 per session (7) sessions per month

2 x a week @ $38 per session (9) sessions per month

2/3 x a week @ $34 per session (11) sessions per month

3 x a week @ $30 per session (13) sessions per month

Sessions are 55 minutes

Add 1/2 price more per session/person for 2 or more persons

I'm especially looking for individuals that are 40 or older, that are struggling to achieve ultimate health, ultimate fitness and that want to take control of their lives.
