Awesome Workout! 7/1/09

What a great way to kick off the second half of the year!  Woke up, had a Red Bull (sugar-free) and a Clif bar, hit Equinox Soho.  Ran for 25 minutes, 3 miles.  Then, I hit it pretty hard for the next 35 minutes. 

Chest, triceps, jump rope, some kettlebells, platform jumps, body weight exercises; I brought myself to the point of puking.  I think I've only done that without the help of Burwell 2 or 3 other times.  Training effect was 4.2, and calories burned: 871.  Max heart rate was at 187, average 155.  Total time was 1 hour 7 minutes (7 minutes of abs/cool down in agony).  

Feel so great now...Never had that good of a workout with Super Pump.

At the office now with a protein shake and an apple.  Happy July!

P.S. This is what I think of Super Pump.
