ABOUT ME
I've struggled with weight since age 16. I'm just about 28 now. I've lost weight several times, and always attained my goal weight. However, once my goal was achieved...I'd slack, then quit completely, regain, and gain more on top. I've lost, in past, 40, 50, 70, 40....right now, my goal is 85lbs. It's April 15th, I'm 4weeks in, and 18lbs gone. :) My problem in the past, I'd quit cause I wasn't any happier. I didn't feel prettier, I didn't feel that much thinner. The problem was self-image, the problem was on the inside. So, I'm working towards a completely healthier me, from the inside out. This time when I reach my goal, I'll be staying there!!
