ABOUT ME
Im 5' 7", 165lbs, Skindex Set. 3= between 7 and 9%BF, Ultrasound reads 3%BF. I have always had a strong interest in being fit, and started working on it as early as 5th grade. I always did whatever I could to be more physically fit than the next guy. My sophomore year in highschool I got in to weight training and saw an extra 30lbs of LBM by the end of the year. Recently I put away the weights and now focus simply on stability and body weight excercises. I've found this to be chalenging and far more beneficial to my Racquetball abilities. I am curently striving to find new ways to chalenge my strength in balance, and trying to compete in the A division of the Racquetball tournaments.

I received my Certified Personal Trainer certification in September of 2007, and then a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification in July of 2008, and have been sharing my knowledge and appreciation for physical fitness with my clients ever since. I love it. I love the sweat and tears that go into a client reaching their goals. I know what it takes to get you there, and I will; just give me the chance.
