How To Lose Stomach Fat Fast

If your ever going to lose your stomach fat, then you need to make sure that your doing the right things. I struggled for a long time just because I wasn't doing the things that will actually help me lose my belly fat. I was focusing on sit ups and other abdominal exercises hoping to burn of my excess weight and getting no where.

When is it OK to 'quit' a workout?

I went running in Apopka on Saturday, which is unusual for me for two reasons: I usually do my long weekend runs on Sunday, and the Marathonfest training group to which I belong normally doesn't train in Apopka. http://bit.ly/5kDQG

Workout 07/31/09

Pretty good workout this morning at Soho Equinox.  54 minutes.  Training effect 3.6, max heart rate 184, avg 146, cals burned 618.  Jogged 15 minutes to warm up, then did a variation of a kettlebell 300 workout.  Used a 16kg kb, cept for the clean and press, where my shoulders would no way be able to handle that; 8kg on that.  Also, only did 25 squat thrusts. Lame, I know.
 
After that, did some high rep/light weight lat pull downs and tricep pushdowns.  A little bit of abs on swiss ball. Then, ran .25 miles, 25 pushups (3x).

Awesome Workout! 7/1/09

What a great way to kick off the second half of the year!  Woke up, had a Red Bull (sugar-free) and a Clif bar, hit Equinox Soho.  Ran for 25 minutes, 3 miles.  Then, I hit it pretty hard for the next 35 minutes.
