Workout 07/31/09
Pretty good workout this morning at Soho Equinox. 54 minutes. Training effect 3.6, max heart rate 184, avg 146, cals burned 618. Jogged 15 minutes to warm up, then did a variation of a kettlebell 300 workout. Used a 16kg kb, cept for the clean and press, where my shoulders would no way be able to handle that; 8kg on that. Also, only did 25 squat thrusts. Lame, I know.
After that, did some high rep/light weight lat pull downs and tricep pushdowns. A little bit of abs on swiss ball. Then, ran .25 miles, 25 pushups (3x).

Greenwich Olympic Workout
Join Mark Hendricks, Lacey Stone and Kristi Molinaro for a workout fit for the Olympics.Meet in the Main Studio at 6:15pm and be divided into 2 groups. The first group takes a 30 minute cycling experience with Lacey while the second group works with Mark and Kristi on some Olympic inspired drills. Then each team switches for the next 30 minutes. Optional Victory Lap around the building to show the neighborhood our Olympic Spirit.
