My body has needed a break, or a catalyst. Since I'll probably get a few days off from any working out over the July 4th holiday, I went for the catalyst.Trained with Clay Burwell this morning; he killed me. Speed rope, plyometrics, pull-ups, treadmill sprints, kettlebells (turkish get ups, kettlebell swings), Concept 2 rower, squat thrusts, lat pulldowns, side squat jumps (actually LEAPS). Wait, there's more...tricep dips in squat cage with 45lb plate, few sets, lunges, squats with a 100lb kettlebell, then some abs. I probably forgot a few things.
