  • When your bodybuilding you need to get the right kind of nutrition. If you not eating the right foods then you'll not get the nutrition you need to build muscle. So try and pack in 6 meals per day filled with proteins. I know that might be hard so you might want to use meal replacements. Liquid or Raw Egg Whites?

Do you know the difference between liquid and raw egg whites? The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white so if you like to do the “Rocky Routine” with a raw egg in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella.
