Deadman hang pullups 3 20, 12, 8 Bodyweight all the way down to a deadman hang position
incline pushups 3 25, 20, 20 Bodyweight
tricep dips 3 20, 15, 12 Bodyweight on parallel bars
sprints LOTS to the point of puking. several times

its amazing how tough a workout can be without ANY equipment really.
