Exercise Sets Reps Weight Duration Notes
Swing 3 45 40 lb 2 minutes Take 1 minute betwen sets.
High Pull 3 20 40 lb 30-45 seconds
Wood chop lunge with kettlebell 3 15 each leg 15 lb 45-90 seconds
One leg stoff leg deadlift w/ kettlebell 3 15 each leg 50 - 60 lb 45-90 seconds
Figure 8's 2-3 30-45 seconds 40 lb 30-45 seconds

Sorry for misspelling stiff "leg" deadlift. :)

May I add that you can do the above workout at home with just 2 kettlebells and nothing else! How cool are kettlebells!
